What is your bedtime ritual?
I put my phone away at least 1 hour before I go to bed and I try to hit the hay at the same time every night. I spend 15-30 mins reading before going to sleep.
What do you do during the day that has the biggest impact (positive or negative) on your sleep?
Meditate and exercise.
In the last 5 years, what new belief, behavior or habit has most improved your sleep?
Cutting way back on alcohol intake has drastically improved my sleep.
If you have had a particularly challenging day and your normal bedtime routine isn’t enough for you to fall asleep, what do you try next?
I’ve been experimenting with CBD oil as well some contrast therapy…hot sauna to cold plunge 39 degrees with varying results.
What purchase of $100 or less has improved your sleep the most?
Books that I read before bed (actual books) not on kindle or phone.
