What is your bedtime ritual?
My bedtime ritual is always the same: bath with Epsom salts, usually lavender essential oils, a candle and a scroll through Pinterest to delight my spirit. After bath, lavender oil, coconut oil or a delicious lotion on my feet, body, hands and face. I put on my favorite PJs and snuggle in bed.
What do you do during the day that has the biggest impact (positive or negative) on your sleep?
Eating a fresh Whole Foods diet allows me to sleep well. Lots of water with them, fruits, veggies, etc.
What purchase of $100 or less has improved your sleep the most?
My Bombas socks and cotton shirt or pjs ensure a beautiful sleep.
