1) What is your bedtime ritual?

My bedtime ritual is to play classical or spa music before I go to bed. I pray before I go to bed. This is a practice of gratitude for my life and God’s help through the Journey of life.
2) What do you do during the day that has the biggest impact (positive or negative) on your sleep?
I find that during the day if I consume chocolate or excess work stress it can play a part in my sleeping patterns
3) In the last 5 years, what new belief, behavior or habit has most improved your sleep?
I have adapted listening to music before I go to bed, and I also play white noise while sleeping
4) If you have had a particularly challenging day and your normal bedtime routine isn’t enough for you to fall asleep, what do you try next?
If all else fails, I try and calm my mind, give myself grace and wait patiently to fall asleep.
5) What purchase of $100 or less has improved your sleep the most?
Sound bowls and African rain stick
