Dr. Jason Langslet, D.C graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. His chiropractic journey began in 2007 when his first visit to a chiropractor drastically improved his athletic performance in Track & Field. It was not until he enrolled in chiropractic school that he was introduced to the NUCCA technique, but he has since developed an unmatched passion for this incredible work.
What is your bedtime ritual?
Gratitude journal (write out 5 things I’m thankful for from that day and read them out loud), place phone on airplane mode, consistent bedtime (9:30-10:00), no TV and minimal electronics in bedroom, burn lavender incense
What do you do during the day that has the biggest impact (positive or negative) on your sleep?
Expend as much energy during the day as possible (going to the gym, keeping busy at the office, walking after I get home) and avoid any caffeine.
