Getting a good night’s sleep is critical for good health. Many experts now recognize sleep as being as important for good health (if not more) as nutrition and movement. So many things factor into whether or not we get high quality sleep – our emotional and spiritual health; what we consume – food, drinks, substances, music, news, social media; our lifestyle and daily habits; our physical health; our sleep environment.
I have made several Facebook videos and posts with actions you can take to impact the 5 pillars of sleep from my Get Some Shut Eye method: 1) mindset about sleep, 2) daytime choices, 3) bedtime routine, 4) stress management and 5) sleep environment. Those suggestions were developed based on what has worked for my clients. I wanted to take that a step further and share with you what works for other health experts.
I reached out to my network, and asked them to respond to question #1, and two questions from #2-5.
