Each Saturday, we feature different ways members of the Northshore Acupuncture Center community are rolling up their sleeves and giving back.

This week, we are featuring the Cubs involvement with Cubs Care. a fund of the Robert R. McCormick Foundation. Cubs Care is committed to helping those less fortunate improve their lives and strengthen children and families. Grants are made to qualified nonprofit organizations with programs that concentrate on child and youth education and health and wellness.

Watch game 3 this Tuesday, October 18th at Ten Ninety Brewing Co. Northshore Acupuncture will be providing complimentary stress relief treatments. We will also be offering red and blue “ear seeds” for a recommended donation of $20. Proceeds will be donated to Cubs Care. The “ear seeds” are gold plated pellets with a Swarovski crystal that can be placed on an acupuncture point on the ear that helps manage anxiety.
