One key part of your health is your connection to your community. And one way to connect with your community is to get involved and give back. Each Saturday, we feature different ways members of the Northshore Acupuncture Center community are rolling up their sleeves and giving back.
This week we are featuring Christine’s involvement with Wright Way Rescue, a non-profit no kill animal shelter.
Wright-Way is holding a tailgating event on Super Bowl Sunday from 11am-4pm. Adoptions will go on all day. They will also be selling football squares. All proceeds from this football fundraiser will go back to help save the lives of homeless animals and to continue the Wright-Way Rescue mission.
You can get involved by fostering animals, volunteering for one of their many opportunities to fit your interests, experience and availability, hosting a fundraiser, donating supplies, or donating money.
