Connecting to the Community: Kevin

kevin jaOne key part of your health is your connection to your community. And one way to connect with your community is to get involved and give back. Each Saturday, we feature different ways members of the Northshore Acupuncture Center commuity are rolling up their sleeves and giving back.

One of the many ways that Kevin is involved with his community is serving on the board for the Evanston ReBuilding Warehouse. The Evanston ReBuilding Warehouse is a non-profit organization that promotes reduction of waste in landfills through sustainable deconstruction and renovation building practices. Reclaimed building materials are sold at their warehouse at low cost to the community and support their education, job-training and job-development programs which foster individual, community and economic growth in Evanston and beyond.

If you are interested in helping out, the Evanston Rebuilding Warehouse has a variety of different ways you can get involved.
SAVE THE DATE: Evanston Rebuilding Warehouse is hosting a “fun”raiser on Saturday, October 8th.
