Cancellations
Northshore Acupuncture Center requires 24-hours advanced notice of any appointment cancellations. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. Cancellations without 24-hours advanced notice will incur the full-service fee.
Northshore Acupuncture Center reserves the right to require holding a session reservation fee with a credit card if there is a history of missed appointments without 24-hours advanced notice.
Late Arrivals
We will try to accommodate late patients up to 10 minutes after their scheduled treatment time, but they may be asked to wait, or their treatment may be cut short in order to treat on-time patients.
Patients more than 10 minutes late are considered late cancellations and will incur the full-service fee.
