1) What is your bedtime ritual?
Screens away; cup of tea and reading on the couch before 10 pm
2) What do you do during the day that has the biggest impact (positive or negative) on your sleep?
Movement for sure– if I get a good work out or walk and yoga practice in, I sleep much better.
3) In the last 5 years, what new belief, behavior or habit has most improved your sleep?
Taking periodic (and long lasting) news-fasts has been very helpful, as has periodic acupuncture and shiatsu
4) If you have had a particularly challenging day and your normal bedtime routine isn’t enough for you to fall asleep, what do you try next?
Yoga nidra is so helpful no matter when I am having trouble falling asleep.
5) What purchase of $100 or less has improved your sleep the most?
Luna Delgado Botanical‘s RESTORE pillow spray and Four Sigmatic “Calm” mix with reishi mushroom are part of my go to relaxation routine.
