You know how it starts – you feel emotionally drained…it’s harder to make decisions… your headaches are back… it’s not as easy to fall asleep at night. As a healthcare provider, you are at higher risk for burnout, and these are all warning signs.
Join us for a group stress relief treatment for health care professionals to help prevent burnout.
When: Tuesday, January 26th from 8-9am or Friday, January 29th from 2-3pm

Where: 5225 Old Orchard Rd, Suite 5 in Skokie
