Connecting to the community: Kathleen

kathleen-g-skoller

One key part of your health is your connection to your community. And one way to connect with your community is to get involved and give back. Each Saturday, we feature different ways members of the Northshore Acupuncture Center community are rolling up their sleeves and giving back.

This week we are featuring Kathleen‘s work with the Pachamama Alliance – the global community committed to bringing forth an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling and socially just human presence on Earth. Pachamama Alliance’s mission is to empower indigenous people of the Amazon rainforest to preserve their lands and culture and, using insights gained from that work, to educate and inspire individuals everywhere to bring forth a thriving, just and sustainable world.

If you would like to learn more about the Pachamama Alliance, then

1) Join a communities intro call to learn about the opportunities available to you when you join a global network of local groups committed to personal and social transformation. and/or,

2) Attend a free half-day transformative journey in Evanston on Sunday (10/23) that educates people on the challenges and possibilities of this moment in time and the role they can play in creating a new future.
